Our haggis is hand made with a subtle spice blend, pork and beef to give distinct character to this classic Scottish dish. Like all our products this haggis is made with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, free from added sugar or dairy, for a flavour and texture that we can be proud of, but don’t take our word for it, the proof is in the pudding!

Scottish Haggis

Quantity

Ingredients: Oatmeal (Oats), Ox Heart, Beef Fat, Pork, Ox Liver, Water, Onion, Salt, Wheatflour (Gluten), Haemoglobin, Seasonings.
Bung Haggis:

Remove outer printed packaging.

Stove: Wrap the haggis in foil, place in saucepan of water, gently simmer for 45mins/lb until piping hot, do not boil.

Oven Cook: Wrap the haggis in foil, place in an oven-proof dish with about 2cm of water and heat at 180°C

Sliced Haggis:

Remove outer printed packaging & outer rind.

Stove: Heat a small amount of oil in a shallow frying to medium heat. Cook slices on each side for 2 minutes, do not over cook.

Oven Cook: Cook on a tray at 180°C for 10-15 mins. Do not over cook.
